16:01 Just back from a hard phtsical therapy. Four laps of the long hallway. Glutious Maximus got
the best workout ever.  I am starting to move myself and wheelchair aboutusing both feet.  Woke up
this morning with my left fingers almost straight..I can also spread the fingers apart off my own volition.

A box of Swiss Miss chocolate powder arrived via Amazon and Edwin.Talked briefly with Don yesterdayafter the Marathon.

Looking outside my window I see a raccoon abot 20 feet up a tree.  Anda couple of kits in a nearby hole.

Supper is over.  The other roommate spent 2-3 hours SPANKING THE MONKEY.

19:59 wheelchairs being cleaned tonight hopefully back by morning.Bed time for Tronald Dump.
