Huge BM during my Friday shower. Nothing since. 50 squats last night in the across the hall bathroom and
shower. One of the support bars in the shower was loose. I ripped it completely off the wall. Better to remove it
than leave it for someone who needed support to bring it down with their weight on it. A public service in my mind.
There are at least two other support bars in that shower that were securely attached.

10:17 CNA says I am next to get washed. Did 50 squats in bathroom before breakfast.
10:54 washed and changed clothes. Large BM.Comfortable. No straining.
Someone just before me forgot to flush their VERY big one.

i once told Ray Solomanoff that programming was like sculpture.
He agreed completely and instantly. Do you remember the sculpture I made from one of your paintings. Here it is:
