I loved receiving this email. It is wonderful to know you are continuing documenting your thoughts and observations with the written word. Your thirst for life is remarkable and who you have always been. It was quite enjoyable to discover who you were. I had known very little about you. I will always remember your tiny apartment on Hampshire Place with the plastic shower stall. It seemed so temporary but it was yours. And there were those yummy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches... There was an intimacy and safety, as Cynthia so eloquently described, that was such a comfort. You were always so generous and true to yourself. Cynthia, thank you for sharing your story of Richard, or Ritchie as you call him, you, and Richard and you. My years in Cambridge were about Richard and will always be remembered with fondness, fun, wildly interesting and a time like no other.
