Up for a SHOWER with Perline after an enormous BM.

Breakfast followed by a nap.  Trouble waking up because of the too bright overhead light.

Lunch is on my table but I go down for lunch.

I prefer fish to sausage. Out of fish.  Back to toom.


17:27 supper is coming.  Left out stuff.

17:35 supper here; No birthday cake. just sneezes.

Enormous BM.

Just finished Longmire Season 2 Episode 4 about cattle rustling plus a bit of ecoterrorism.

THE SKIPPING BREAKFAST CLUB

During our frenzied drives to school, my kids often reflect on what it might be like to have decent, "normal" parents who actually feed their kids' breakfast in the morning. If they had stopped the hangry yelling long enough, I would have informed them that they've been hoodwinked. "It turns out the research on eating breakfast has been far, far less conclusive than either your mother or Tony the Tiger would have you believe." Cereal companies have spent years trying to convince you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But scientists not on their payroll keep confirming that it's all just a myth. (I'd love to see the look on my kids' faces when they read today's lead story. But they'll probably be too hungry to focus on it because I also forgot to pack them a lunch.)

confusing keeping both windows open and legible.

Watched episodes of Longmire about a bear named waffles and one titled 8 seconds,
about rodeos.  Makes me think about moving back to Cody.

Frigidare unit noy working. Pipe pulled from window.

We go from freezing cold to near faintin hot.

Nandu Calls me to the PT room

15 minutes on the BIKE=4.2km.

Left leg is very sore.

Then stretching for legs and right arm.

Short walk with cane part way to dining hall.
