Jasper is my dog. The story is that his mother was found wandering in a field near Rice University and their Veterinary Medicine clinic. She gave birth to 14 puppies, ten of whom survied. Jasper had a brother who resembled him, who currently lives in Connecticut. The other eight looked nothing like Jasper and his brother. Jasper spent a couple of months with a foster home and came to live in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on May 2, 2010.

His life since then has been made up of daily walks around Fresh Pond Reservation and his current neighborhood. His current home is right next door to good friends Will and Zack.

i'm debating whether to duct tape up my boots for another season or buy some new ones. i'm hoping to lower my footprint enough to save maybe one other person on the planet via not pushing on the supply chain that runs from here to everywhere in the world.

there will never be a purebred dog bought by me.

i will never buy a diamond.

i will not travel to places like the galapagos islands so as not to contribute to the devastation of a critical biological and intellectual system.
